This year again, from June 1 through the end of September, we will be offering our summer-limited lunch course, “Hamo Tenshin,” featuring pike conger in a light and approachable style.
Carefully selected, thick-fleshed hamo is finely bone-cut and prepared as a seasonal course in the style of Kinmata.
Hamo Tenshin is available for lunch only. Online reservations are also available.
Four seasonal appetizers, hamo clear soup, hamo tempura, hamo steamed sushi, and homemade shiso sorbet
Please note that seats cannot be selected for this course. This is a good-value lunch set, perfect for casually enjoying summer hamo.

This course is generally served in a private tatami room. Counter seating may also be arranged upon request.
For dinner, we also offer a full Hamo Course, allowing you to enjoy pike conger in greater variety and volume.
Hamo Course From JPY 27,500
This special summer course features hamo in many preparations, including botan hamo clear soup, lightly seared hamo, hamo tempura, hamo shabu-shabu, and hamo rice porridge. It is a carefully prepared seasonal course centered on hamo and other seasonal ingredients. We recommend it for business dinners, special occasions, and guests who wish to enjoy the taste of Kyoto’s summer at a more leisurely pace.

* Tax included. A 15% service charge will be added separately.
* Due to a rise in hamo market prices, this course will be temporarily unavailable during the Gion Festival period on July 16 and 17, the Obon period from August 11 to 17, and Silver Week from September 19 to 23.
