Before You Make a Reservation

Please read the following information carefully before making your reservation.

Reservation Deadline
Online reservations must be completed by 9:00 PM on the day prior to your visit.
However, for certain courses that require advance preparation—such as dinner courses priced at ¥35,000 or above, or counter seating courses—the reservation deadline is 9:00 PM four days in advance.
Please note that online reservations are subject to limits on the number of guests. For the following cases, or for last-minute reservations, kindly contact us by phone.

If You Do Not Receive a Reply from Us
If you make a reservation via our inquiry page or by email, we will respond by email or phone by the following day.
If you do not hear from us, there may have been a technical issue such as a server error. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask you to contact us again by email or phone.

Reservations made online (via TableCheck) will receive an automated confirmation email only.
Changes and Cancellations
The following cancellation fees apply to reservations:
  ・Cancellations made one day prior: 50%
  ・Cancellations made two days prior: 30%
  Cancellations made on the day of the reservation will be charged the full amount.
Changes in the number of guests after arrival, as well as no-shows without prior notice, will also be charged the full amount.

We kindly request that you inform us of any changes or cancellations as early as possible.
