Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 9:00,
lunch from 12:00 to 13:00 and dinner from 17:30 to 19:30.

The difference between the rates is same Volume, but we are cooking high-grade ingredients of meal.
We use the best and the most fresh ingredients for each meal for our guests.
All the rooms we have are traditional Japanese style.
We have a lovely family style bath which is shared with other guests.
You are able to take a private bath and the guests usually can take turn easily and comfortably.
We recommend you to have your meals (kaiseki dinner and breakfast) at our inn.
We serve traditional Japanese food as a kaiseki restaurant and you can enjoy our freshly prepared
food with elegant atmosphere at your room.

How to Make Reservation:

Please
(1) Inquire availability by email at least three days before you wish to visit.
(2) Within 24 hours, we will email you as to whether or not we can book you in on your requested date.
(3) Send an email again telling us if you wish to proceed with the reservation.
(4) The reservation will be completed only after you receive our confirmation email.

* If you do not receive an email from us within 24 hours of your inquiry, please
send us a follow-up email as there may have been server problems, etc.

Change or cancellation

If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy

For meals:

Reservations can be cancelled without charge up to one day prior toscheduled arrival date.
100% of total price will be charged for cancellation without notice, or in case you change the number of guests after arriving.
50% of total price will be charged if cancellation is made within 3 hours of the reserved time.

For rooms:

Reservations cancelled less than three days before scheduled arrival date will incur the following charges:

Same day	100% of total price
One day before the arrival date	50% of total price
Two days before the arrival date	30% of total price

We, all staff of Kinmata, will do our best to meet your expectations and
make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible with the highest quality
service and hospitality.

House Rules
1. Remove your shoes in the entrance foyer.
2. Do not store your shoes in the drawers in the tokonoma alcove in your room.

Bathing Rules
1. Do not use soap or shampoo in the tub.
2. Do not remove the plug from the tub.
